I just got back from my stay with my folks post surgical. Love them but happy to be in my own little cave again.

Surgery Date weight: 302.0
Weight today = 297.5 (-19)

Sounds like a good idea and a way to keep myself to weighing once a week (instead of two times a day as I was until I put my scale in the closet!

I just got home from the doctor and his scale is better than mine.
According to his scale my new stats are:
327/299/180
That's 28 pounds down in less than 4 weeks!!!!!!!!
