I agree with Dae. After clear liquids, the definition of what you can have and can't have is very blurry to me. I continue to keep liquids as the foundation of my diet and then I add pureed/soft foods for that little bit of fullness needed. But I keep it minimal.
Protein Pudding, sf Pudding, Underwood deviled ham, roastbeef, & chicken spreads are awesome!!
When I was in the liquid diet stage, I got creative (2 1/2 weeks) I started putting a little bit of tabasco in the soup, I made chunky soups and strained them, so I could have more flavor, or I would water down creamier soups that wouldn't strain. Have you ever tried jello water warm? It's not that bad!! It's kinda nice then you refrigerate the rest for later as jello.
