I think I hurt myself....
After having been so excited two days ago because I'd had some full-leaded coffee for the first time in 2 weeks, I now think it might have been a bad idea.
I had two cups yesterday and last night my side was hurting more than usual. Then today, after having drank 2 cups again, my actual pouch hurt. You know... like when you've consumed too much liquid and it's just sitting there- hurting!
Not to gross anyone out, but I even went in the bathroom and tried to get rid of it. (This was the first time EVER in my life that I didn't get any results!)
My wonderful man suggested I take one of my Tums to see if that would help. (It did seem to.) I hate to admit it, but I've not even eaten my breakfast of cream of wheat yet and it's already 3:30 in the afternoon!
Okay, you guys..... I'm vowing to my Jan 06 people here NOT to have any more coffee UNTIL I'm supposed to!

It's always easier said than done, but try your best to follow your docs instructions. I'm trying hard myself not to make a protein powder drink. I can't start those till this thursday, but after i read all of the yummy protein drinks i really want to make one.

I hope you feel better Teri. Maybe you drank too much of it, drank too fast or maybe you can try decaff (I know that is bad when you are use to regular).
You're best bet is to wait like you said until you are supposed to, but I know it is hard....hell I am still on a clear liquid diet which is driving me
