Kim, I definitely share in your excitement! I too had my drain removed today! What a huge difference in how I feel!!! I am feeling pretty darn good for barely a week out of surgery. I am so grateful. I can't have anything but full liquids for the first four weeks. I will be craving some texture by then! Best Wishes. Lisa D.

THAT IS AWSOME!!! CONGRATUALTIONS ON YOUR PROGESS. I DIDN'T HAVE DRAINS FOR MY SURGERY THIS TIME BUT HAVE HAD THEM IN PREVIOUS SURGERIES AND THEY SUCK. GOOD LUCK IN YOUR JOURNEY. HAVE A GREAT DAY!!

Congratulations! I had my 3 week follow-up today, and while sitting in my exam room, I had a flash back of lying on that table and him taking out my drain... Yes, this little, wormy, blub-glub in my belly of that drain coming out is something I don't think I will soon forget. But I remember the immediate relief of most of my pain. Yeah for you!!! Keep up the great work!!! Angela
