Bruises anyone????????????

I am still a bit bruised, although they have finally turned yellow, so maybe about to dissolve completely. My worst bruises were from the arterial sticks they did in both wrists, and the absolute worst is where I had an arterial line in my left elbow. It is still purple 3 wks out from surgery, and the skin above it has something like an itchy rash. Wonder what that is all about? I haven't hurt where my bruising is, though. Just keep in mind, they did ALOT of ....manipulation ...while they were in there! Sandy L
