Me too, me too!(lol) I was dying the first few days I was home, I kept telling DH to turn the heat OFFFFF! I had to sleep with a fan on all day and night, then all of a sudden, I wake up today and I am FREEZING all day! I wonder what this is from? I cant imagine the weight loss, because I have lost this wieght before and never experienced this, unless it is just because it is so rapid, oh well, who knows. Karyn

Kim- I'm right there with ya'!! I was always sweaty - no matter the temp. Now I am so cold. My hands are like ice - I have to run them under warm water for relief (that feels so good!). I've been told this is normal and expected - don't know why. Take care Eileen

Okay, got the answer to the FREEZING question.... Our stomach regulates our body temperature. (This is coming from a corpsman) It decides base on intestines, food, etc when the body needs to heat up and cool down. And guess what, you are missing most of your stomach, so it has a harder time regulating your body temperature. It has to keep your heart, lungs etc warm first, so your legs, feet and arms, aren't getting the same attention. ::hugs:: Cyndi
