A huge WOW moment!

I went to my doctor today for my three (and a half) week check-up. I have NORMAL blood pressure!! Normal, not high, normal! And come to think of it, I haven't had a headache since the surgery. I used to get weekly migraines. I almost cried when the nurse told me. Oh... and I've lost 24 pounds.. hee hee!! Hugs! Beth

WOOHOO, Beth!!! I had a two week check up with my PCP last week and I got the same revelation... bp was 129/70.... I almost fell off the exam table! blood glucose was 103... He took me off my meds for HBP, H cholest. and diabetes. unless you take these kinds of meds, you don't know how much that means! The weightloss was just a minor accomplishment compared to getting off those meds. Yeah for all of you getting healthier also!!!
