BMI under 40!

Wow, I'm 7 days post op and have had no problems. Not a single incident of being sick or anything. I'm down 11 pounds and my BMI is under 40 for the first time in...I don't even know how long. I return to work tomorrow and am SO happy!! I love reading about all of the rest of you who had surgery in January too. It will be nice to talk with others who have had surgery at the same time.

Congratulations Gwen! You are doing much better than I am. I had surgery 1/10, but won't be returning to work for another week. (2/7) It does help to have a forum to turn to where people are in the same boat as you are at the moment. Keep up the good work! Sandy L

Congrats Gwen! Glad you are feeling so well! I know how you feel, my BMI just got under 50 and I am excited! So, soon enough yours will be under 30 and mine under 40 Keep us posted. ~Dawn
