yeihaaaaahh! 30 pounds!
Hi everyone.
i went to the doctor yesterday for my three week follow-up and I was down 30 pounds
he said he was proud of me and that I was ahead on my weight loss schedule!!
I was a little low on B-12 and vitamin D and I had to start taking them. And the best news of all... he said I don't have to force myself so hard on the protein, as long as I get 40 grams he said it is ok, thank you, thank you
40 grams is nothing compare to the wooping 70 my nut told me to get in per day.
Anyway, I just wanted to share my excitement with you guys!!!
We're getting thinner and thinner for every day... wow what a joy!!

40 grams...that doesn't seem like a lot. I'm not trying to negate what your doctor is telling you (of course, follow his advice) but you may want to consider on your own, getting in more than that. At the least, to avoid hair loss and other problems in the future.
I am thrilled about your 30 pounds! That is outstanding!
