Just Rode Bike 1 Mile!

I know to some it may not be a big deal, but I just rode my bicycle for a WHOLE Mile! It was the first time I had ridden a bike in more than 5 years! Just wanted to share! ~Teri~ 311/279/260.2/140

Teri, Quick question, if you don't mind. Were you sore at all when riding? My husband and I rode almost daily before surgery and I haven't been at all since, thinking that it would would cause some pain. I've been missing it, though.
