B: LF cottage cheese mixed with Carb&Sugar Control Peach Yogurt
S: tiny peice of turkey jerky
L: Homemade protein smoothie (LF Cottage Cheese, Carb Control Yogurt, LF Milk, and some frozen berries)
D: 2oz. pepperjack cheese, some thin sliced turkey meat and roast beef.
Vitamins: 1/2 done
Liquids: about 20 oz so far
Excercise: ugh. thats all i have to say.
