2nd follow up

hi all first thing is my staples were removed today and i feel so much better with them out. i am now done to 422.lbs for a total of 32lbs lost in 23 days the pain in my left side is going away and i am feeling great. the dr said that i am on track with the weight loss and i see him i three weeks. dave

Congrats Dave, that is wonderful. Once those staples were gone I felt better also, awesome on the weight lose. Keep up the good wok. Carly
