Hi all, I just had a visit to my doctor (three weeks post-op). I'm down 21 lbs and he's pleased. But I did mention that I am having trouble doing the calcuim and they gave me a postcard to obtain free samples of a (new?) product that dissolves in liquid and is tasteless! I'm pretty excited to try it out. They claim it is much finer texture than crushing and dissolving. Its citrate as well so hopefully this is my solution. though I'd share! Congrats Debbie! That is awesome! I will be having my 3 week post op checkup this week. Unfortunately I dont get to see my surgeon since he will be on vacation. I just thought I would mention I use the Viactiv chews for my calcium. A little spendy but its easier than crushing up more meds. Hope this helps and keep up the great work! -Sue
