protein shake question....

I have whey protein powerder from unjury.com, they have samples that you can order. I like the chocolate the best, actually the best tasting shake I have had (outside of a chocolate malt with vanilla ice cream of course) I mean as far as protein shakes are concerned. I even make it with water on occassions and still tastes fine.

Hi I've tried a bunch of different ones and I found that Melaluca's Attain is the best. I mix it with mil**** and it's thick and frosty. I feel like I'm having a milk shake. Honestly! I liked it so much, I became a distributor. So, if you are interested, just email me. The protein value is not as high as others, so I mix one scoop Attain and one scoop Isopure, 8 oz of milk and I get 50 grams of protein in one 8oz shake. And sometimes I add a table spoon of peanut butter for a recees peanut butter shake. Judie 280/259/140

Hi Judie, I also do Melaleuca and I prefer the Proflex shakes. They have 30 gm of protein in them and taste great. Also it is a bonus that they are sweetened with fructose and succralose, the chocolate has 7gms of sugars and the vanilla has 8 gms of sugars. Adding a little sugar free peanut butter for flavor is also an excellent idea. I even get my chewable multivitamin from there. Glad to see someone else found out my secret favorite way to spend, I love their products!! SassyLu
