Some of you may know this, some may not. My nutritionist from years ago actually gave this to me and I love it so I thought I'd share it with all of my fellow January friends.

Free registration and you can enter in things you've eaten for the day and/or customize something that isn't there by entering the nutritional info from the side of the box. You enter your daily info, tell how much you've eaten of it and in return it gives you a table breakdown/graph breakdown of what you've eaten; protein, carbs, fat, etc. It keeps a diary for you, etc.
It is GREAT!!!!
