Why am I worried?
I'm with you on everything said but can say I've had one significant dump from oily tomato soup and another slight dump from a toffuti bar which should have been OK, it was low sugar and high protein. But it happened. To me the moral of the story is that every day will be different, what works (or not) for one wont for the other. And to watch what you ask for.
Dae, I eat avocados all the time and have not had problems - they are even highly recommended by my nut for the good fat and slight protein.
Its an interesting road we're on and the road map continues to evolve....
