I found this post on the November board and thought that it was great. Who is interested?
Hi All ,
I've been struggling to exercise more than twice a week. So I came up with a challenge for myself. It's the "No Excuse Exercise Challenge". The goal for me is to exercise for a minimum of 20 minutes at LEAST five days a week. The week starts on Monday.
Does anyone want to join me? I thought I would put it out there in case anyone else needs some encouraging. We can post our progress once a day in one thread. Each morning I will try to post a summary of each persons progress so we can see how we are all doing.

I'm game! My activity has been lacking lately... have walked a couple time and even rode my bike for a mile, but nothing consistantly.
I've been feeling kind of discouraged, as my weight loss has slowed down. My first week out I lost 10 pounds, second week 8 pounds, and this past week only about 3. I know the exercise factor fits in here somehow...
Also, I'm going to go over my food plan and closely examine where the carbs and fat are. I'm pretty sure I need to "detail" my plan somehow. Even though I've been consuming 800 calories or less a day, I need to determine if I'm taking in too much of the "wrong stuff".
