I haven't eaten it yet but I was told that the all natural with the oil on top is the safest-just remove the oil. Good luck!!! Lisa

Skippy has a new natural creamy peanut butter. I've only had a little bit on very dry toast. ::hugs:: Cyndi

I have eaten Skippy Carb Smart PB- a spoonful at a time. It's fairly high in calories, but it has good protein, and it's made w/ Splenda, so it's sweet!

My doc suggested it and said to eat it by the spoon, in the mooshie stages, with a little water if needed. I checked all labels, there is very little difference between ALL types of PB out there. Jif has 3 g. sugar for 2 TBS. which is more than I can eat. I have a tsp. sometimes once a day or every other day. Love it. It does stick, so I eat it on an emtpy stomache and it is my meal.

Hi Jenn I just had some the other day as a snack! I bought Skippy low fat creamy. Would love the chuncky but was a "good" girl. Spread it on a couple of saltines. It was yummy! Regards and hugs, Ronna

I have been eating a Skippy Low Carb and sweetened with Splenda pb for the last couple of weeks, about one TBSP of it - lick it right off the spoon! I wish I could spread it on something, but have to wait until my next appointment with the surgeon (on 3/7) to get cleared for 'regular' (not soft) foods. At least I get a taste of something I love to eat, though. Sandy L

My doctors office recommended using peaunt butter. It is a good way to get some protein. I use Skippy Reduced Fat and have 1 table spoon to 2 tablespoons as one of my snacks.
