What was on YOUR menu for Monday??
Bkfst: 1 oz applesauce
1 oz cottage cheese
Lunch: 1 string cheese stick
1 oz lowfat cheddar stick
Dinner: 1 oz refried beans w/tiny bit lowfat shredded cheddar on top
1 oz No sugar added peach applesauce
Protein drinks in-between: 2 Cups CC milk + 1 scoop GNC pro performance vanilla protein shank (had two of these shakes thru out the day for 72 Gms protein + protein in food 18 Gms protein= 90 Gms protein for the day! WOW!
Fluids: 32 oz from protein shakes + 32 oz water=64 ozs
3 chewable multi vitamins, 1 biotin, 2 Viactiv & prevacid...Whew got it all in today!
