Yummy Protein shake!
Hey all you wonderful Losers!...
Like many of you I've been struggling to get all my protein in, but yesterday I made a protein shake that was Awesome!!...really! So anyway I thought I'd share my recipe in hopes of helping someone else out...Here's what I did...
6oz skim milk
1/2 ****
1/2 banana
4 oz lit-n-fit strawberry yogurt
1 sample packet(or scoop) Unjury vanilla powder.
Blend altogether and sip away....It makes alot...at least two servings....I couldn't put it down!....Took about two hours to drink it all...just kept adding ice to keep it cool....but it was really great and refreshing.....OH and best of all! I had a whopping 31gms of Protein!!!
Hope someone else tries it and finds it enjoyable! I'm just glad to have finally put together a protein drink that doesn't make me gag!...

Sounds delish! I purchased some of the vanilla and hadn't used it yet. I find the unflavored much easier to add to things. I think I'll try your recipe. I'm also not a hugh yogurt fan and this seem a great way to get the extra protein from the yogurt as well.
I'm 2 week out of gastric lap banding and just starting mushy foods. I just wi**** was warmer here in Massachusetts to enjoy your tropical drink.
