I guess i need to buy a new scale. I have one of those ghetto kind with the little lines. I need a digital to know for sure. anyways my home scale has me at 210. I went to my dr today and he has me at 216. A diff of 6 pounds? I thought i had lost nearly 23 pounds and bow its only 16., Whats up? I came home and weighed again. 210. I like my scale better. Elsa

Every scale is going to be different. My doctors scale is 6lbs less than mine. I like his better

what are you wearing when you are one your scale at home? Mine says that I am 3 pounds lighter than at the doctors; but when I got to thinking about it, when I weigh myself at home I wear only a t-shirt and underwear. At the doctors I am fully dressed with sneakers. Shoes are pretty heavy. Dawn

Buy yourself a new scale and use that one, all other weigh ins are just additional information. It could also be water - lets say you drank a liter of water and had some breakfast between weigh ins, that could change the weight. Ultimately dont be a slave to the numbers!!! You're doing great!!

don't forget to subtract the weight of your clothing can be around 6 to 10 pounds. if you are only in under wear when you weigh yourself at home there is your diff in weight. dave
