Has anyone heard from Dave? I haven't seen any recent posts from him.

And Debbie in Lucerne - she's been AWOL, too. Know if you folks disappear, we'll come find you!!!! I hope everyone is A-OK.

hi i am still around i am doing pretty good. as of now from 4 mths before surgery to now i am down get this 100lbs and 15 more pounds i will be under 400lbs. i have had a few bad days that what i ate did not agree with me and could not hold the food down thank god it only happened 2 times and at home. my pants are getting to big that really makes me feel good. i will post some updated pictures on my web site soon. hope you are doing well. dave
