I had an odd day today. I was running all over the place; therefore my food was a little off from the norm.
B: skipped
L: 1/2 cup Perdue Short Cuts chicken with 2 TB FF chicken gravy, 2 peanut butter crackers
S: 1 SF popsicle
D: I bought a plain tendergrill chicken sandwich at burger king and only ate the chicken. I ate almost the whole piece of chicken.

B: Morning Star Farms meatless sausage patty and about 2oz of Low Fat Cottage Cheese
L: Attempted to make homemade beanless turkey chili... tasted gross, but tried to eat it anyway, did NOT sit well. I could only eat a little bit and then puked for the rest of the afternoon... but the meat stayed down, it was so weird, just the rest of it (which was very thin) came back up. Sorry if that was TMI.
S: Protein shake with a bit of banana and peanut butter, could only finish half.
D: 3 oz boneless, skinless broiled chicken breast (from mimi's cafe)
I have to add in some more protein later on tonight, most likely a yogurt.
Vits: not yet
Fluids: Very bad
Excersice: Nope

Hi everyone,
Today I had three restaurant meals/experiences and all went well.
MM - try Boca for the breakfast patties, they are much better than Morningstar Farms which is made of grain versus soy.
B: few bites of tofu
L: went to China Grill and actually ate a lot. A nibble of the beef from a dumpling. A few scoops of the chicken/cabbage salad with sesame dressing. I skipped the chicked and ate all the cabbage which is a favorite of mine. It chewed up into water and was so good, the chicken would have killed me. They wanted me to try the beef so i took some and cut it up, hid it under other stuff. And a big scoop of wasabi mashed potatoes which were awesome!!! Oh, three bits of a risotto that was a *****eesy but really soft so I decided it was OK to try rice and it was just fine
S: in another restaurant, had decaf cappachino with extra milk and a bit of splenda which did not bother me. Also 3 raspberries and two thin slices of apple without the skin.
D: at a reception, had 4 mozzarella balls that had pesto and 3 goat cheese tarts, eating just the goat cheese and skipping the pie crust stuff.
1/3 bottle of isopure, apple melon. Way over 60 oz of water, I was very goood and did not take any of the repeatedly offered wine.
I am pleased to report that there was no uncomfortableness, no foamies or dumping, I ate well and felt great.
