Am I eating enough?
I have not kept track of anything but the protin before, and I'm so proud to say that I got up to 60 grams both yesterday and today
But today I have counted it all and it looks kind of low to me, so I wanted to see if any of you guys have done it and if you know how much you should get in.
Total protein for today 63 g
Fat 19 g
Carb 31 g
total cal 540
Still stalling by the way..... it drives me insane....

I just talked to the nutritionist about this. She said if you don't get enough calories your body goes into starvation mode and instead of burning fat, just slows down your metabolism. She suggested 800 calories/day as a goal for women and 1000/day for men. Like we all read, the emphasis should be on protein. I have noticed that my weight loss slows down on the days I'm
