Am I eating enough?

I have not kept track of anything but the protin before, and I'm so proud to say that I got up to 60 grams both yesterday and today But today I have counted it all and it looks kind of low to me, so I wanted to see if any of you guys have done it and if you know how much you should get in. Total protein for today 63 g Fat 19 g Carb 31 g total cal 540 Still stalling by the way..... it drives me insane.... Hugs Magdalena

Thats about what I eat... I too have been stalling and my nut said I need to be eating AT LEAST 70g of protein a day. She did not even ask how many calories I was getting in... but usually I am at 400-600, which I hear is low.

I just talked to the nutritionist about this. She said if you don't get enough calories your body goes into starvation mode and instead of burning fat, just slows down your metabolism. She suggested 800 calories/day as a goal for women and 1000/day for men. Like we all read, the emphasis should be on protein. I have noticed that my weight loss slows down on the days I'm

{Continued} under 800 calories. One day I'll eat 1000 or so and the next day the scale drops a pound or two. Roger

my nut told me as long as i am getting in the 80 grams per day she requires i am not to worry about anything else but obviously i should be making good choices as far as fat grams etc--she mentioned i will not be worrying about calories, fat, carbs et****il around my 4th month
