another WOW moment!!!

I went to the mall with my DH today because he wanted to get some new clothes. He asked me if I wanted to get anything and I said I needed a pair of jeans since mine are too big now. I used to wear a tight 26. Guess what I fit into (with room to spare)? A 20!!! 3 1/2 weeks post op and I went from a 26 to a 20!!! I came out of that dressing room with the biggest smile ever!!! Good Job, I do know the feeling, I had the same thing. I'm in a size 20 pants and an extra large shirt, when before I was in a 24 pants and a 3x top. It sure is unbeleavabl to me that it happens so quick. I actually had my first surgery on 11-15-05 but on 1-25-06 I had to have the surgery over again. Because when they put my bowel back on they had turned it 180 degrees and that caused alot of complications. So I had to start all over again. So while I was in the hospital I gained weight but now I have lost that plus about 7 more. So hopefully everything is back to normal now.
