(Dollar tree, makes 7 servings, that's pennies for a snack)
L~ slive of swicc/turkey/onion chive cream cheese
S~ 1/4 trail mix
D~ (GET THIS) 1/2 weigh****chers smart one:
Turkey Medallions in mushroom sauce/green beans (1/4 cup each)
I ate half and saved the other half for tomorrow. It was yummy. I cna not tell you the last time I ate two meals out of a 1.89 meal (OK NEVER)
The cheap side of me is getting giddy with this whole eating thing costly so much less. The possibilities are endless.

Today was CRAZY... I left my house at 9am and just got home (its 1am right not)... anyway it was a crazy food day too, but I did not do too bad.
B: 4 oz. Knudsen Low Fat Cottage Cheese
L: The other 4 oz. of the cottage cheese
L#2: 3 oz Boneless Grilled Chicken Strips (soutwestern flavor)
D: 2 oz some more of the same chicken
S: One mozzarella stick (like the breaded and fried kind, from a restraunt)
Drank a big propell water too and some crystal light throughout the day.
TOTALS:

Carbs 30g
Protein 69g
Exercise: No time
Which really bums me out.
Vits: Nope, not today... but I did sneak in a Viactiv (not counted in totals)

Here's what I ate...
B: 1/4 c cheese n chive eggbeaters scambled w/ 1/4 cup of wendy's chili...really good w/ added seasoning.
L: 1tbsp of skippy SF carb peanut butter on 4 ff saltines...kinda salty
D: 1/2 of a small fish taco, 2oz of fajita chicken, 1 tbsp of refried beans, 1 tortilla chip dipped in salsa.
40 oz decaf iced tea...tried to mix in unflavored unjury....didn't go too well...tasted milky to me...hmmm.
That's all no snacks today!....surprized!..but I guess my meals kept me full...
