Introducing myself!
hi Gang! I am new to the boards here and looking forward to getting to know everyone and making some new friends!
My Surgery was on January 11th down 29#s since then... a total of 74lbs since the beginning of my WLS Journey!
I am trying hard to do everything by the book but having a hard time getting in all my water and enough excersise! I am starting to track it daily now a little more closely as I know both are crucial for my success!

I can totally relate to the challenge of getting enough water and exercise into your day! Have you discovered Fitday.com yet? It is a great web site where you can track everything you're eating AND the amount of activity your getting in each day. There's nowhere on the site regarding water, but I suppose you could "customize" a catagory on the FOODS page and keep track of your water consumtion there... (Hmmmm... I'll have to take my own advice!)
My surgery was on January 16th, just 5 days after yours. But I have "only" lost about 22 pounds. I am trying not to get discouraged, realizing that I didn't GAIN all my weight in days and I'm not going to LOSE it all as quickly as I may like to. (I'm one of those "I want it all and I want it NOW!" type of girls!

Welcome to the Board Julieanne! All the people on here are great- they have great advice, great support, great everything! Congratulations on your HUGE weight loss! Thats fantastic!
I have had a hard time getting my water in also. But I'm changing my tune this week- it must be love in the air.
I think I got about 50 ounces in today, I froze some water with crystal lite and had a slushy
Be creative in what you eat/drink... it seems to help me!
