Daily Requirements...
Hi everyone!
Since using fitday, I get to know all the calories, fat, carbs, etc.... and was just wondering, what are the requirements and limits for your docs? I guess its a question for my nutritionist... but I was just wondering.
How many Calories can you have?
What about Carbs?
Fat?
I know Protein

My nutritionalist informed me at my 3 week check up that I dont need to worry about calories, etc etc for at least the first 4 months--she said all I need to worry about is getting in 80 grams of protein, 64oz of H2O and my vitamins--obviously she said I should make low fat choices in the protein but otherwise not to worry---Im sure you will get several different responses to your question since every doctor and nutriotionalis seem to have a different protical--hope that helps-good luck and take care!
