Monday Weight In

Well I haven't been doing the weekly weigh in but here goes.. surgery date 1/23/06 - 240lbs 3 weeks post op- 218 lbs (2/13/06) Total lost so far 22 lbs Have a great week!

Hi guys! Im new to the board in this last week but am happy to be here and participate! Starting weight: 354 Weight At Surgery: 309 Weight last week: 279 Weight today: 279 Goal Weight: 150ish Total Lost So Far: 75 I have been stalled for 11 days now!

Weight day of surgery: 262 Weight last Monday: 241 Weight today:238 Total loss of 24 lbs. Does anyones weight fluctuate like crazy? I can be down 5 lbs one day, up 4 the next then back down. It's kind-of discouraging. It has been 4 weeks since my surgery. I was told the 1st month you lose about a pound a day. Is that what everyone else has been told? Anyways I feel a little behind on my weight loss but grateful to have lost the 24!

I have been stalled for a week or so. Man is it messing with my head. Post-op:329 Today:285 44 lbs gone forever.
