Exercise today?

Hello I saw this post earlier on our board but no one is posting it anymore. So how is everyone doing with exercise? I joined Curves for Women & worked out their for 40 minutes today. Carly

Hey, I like this post... you should do it daily, it would help make me accountable! Way to go on the curves! I walked a brisk 25-30 minutes today! I really really really need to start sticking with my excersie!

I am sorry for flaking out on doing the daily excercise post. Things have gotten crazy for me lately. Anyway...Ladies Workout Express this morning 30 minutes brisk on the treadmill. Tummy hurt for awhile after it so I might slow it down a little in the morning.

Carly, I was so proud of myself for my exercising Monday. Of course I do the elliptical machine. I decided that I would get on it during "The Batchelor" so time would fly by. It did. I only did 25 mins which is 5 less then what I was doing, BUT I "kicked it up a notch" and was just about running on that thing. When I got off I nearly fell into my chair but I felt so refreshed!!! Oh, and to cool off from my workout...an Edy's "no sugar added" "whole fruit" pop, strawberry...yummy!! Dawn

I went to excerise for the first time at a local gym and I could only do the tread mill for 15mins. I felt real sick afterwards. So I went home and and fell asleep on my couch until 9:30pm and then went to bed. I couldn't even finish getting my protien in.
