What was on YOUR menu for Wednesday?


Hi everyone,
Today was another business meal day, it went well.
B: 2 oz black beans and 1/4 c cottage cheese
S: 1/2 bottle isopure
L: At RL in Chicago: flat bread with some butter, about 2 oz of goat cheese from this tart thing (skipped the crust and the oniony stuff on the top), stuff from the top of a cobb (egg, cheese, bit bacon, avocado). My host drank all the wine while I watched, he got pretty buzzed.
D: 1/2 glass of cabernet, bite of naan bread crust (not as crispy as it should have been), about 10 white beans, 3 bites of lamb.
60oz of water and lots of walking around the city of Chicago (and a few stores, too).
Tomorrow and Friday I have restaurant lunches, too.

Here is what I ate
B: 1/2 cup nonfat milk 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 1 dash of irish cream sugarfree syrup
L: 1/4 cup of egg beaters, 3 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese
cook in a fry pan with pam
D: I put a whole can of chicken in a can with 3 tablespoons of ranch salad dressing, 3 tablespoons of water, and 4 tablespoons of pesto
blend in blender. Then I took out about 4 tablepsoons and put onto 5 saltine crackers. I used ranch dressing since I dislike mayo. The rest was put into the ref. for later.
S: Nabisco 100 calorie packs chip a hoys i took 5 cookies out...Yummy
