UPDATE new pictures

Hi all i just updated my web site with up to date pictures. my weight loss started to move again i am now down to 418 Lbs wi**** was more but it is not bad. i joined a fitness club here in N.J. Work Out World. i am now wearing a 4x shirt that fits big difference from the border line 6x my pant are getting to big what a great feeling.dave

Congrats on getting the scale moving again!! It is awesome when clothes that fit "just right" or even too tight start getting too big! It is just one more thing that is proof that you are shrinking. Keep up the good work! Cherise

work out world is one of the cleanest that i have seen. they wipe down everything with alcohol. i just started today 20 min treadmill and 20min on the bike i am going to try to go 3 to 4x a week. plus the puppy keeps me going. dave
