Hey Dave I know I am a little behind but I have been out of commision for over 1 week so know I am trying to get back into the grove-lol You are looking good, keep it up...you are my inspiration I started off in this journey weighing 269 not as heavy as most people but I wanted to get my life back....this past week I have had a lot of regretment and hurt(what did I do to my body?)
