One month Post Op... at last....!!

The day of surgery, it seemed like that time would never come........ I had a really rough time after my surgery (due to complications from a previous surgery and MAJOR adhesions) !! I was in the hospital 10 days - 5 of which were in the ICU.... It is GREAT to be home!! I had my post op appt. last week and.......................... Down 45 pounds!!!!!!! Yea!!! Woooo Hooooo!!!! (doing my little happy dance) LOL *huge grin* I hope that everyone out there is doing well and I wish everyone the very best!!!! Blessings to All .........................!! *hugs* ~ Di ~

Thanks everyone for the well wishing!!! The cheers are soooooooo appreciated and well accepted!!!! It's oh so good to finally be home and feeling more....??? Human??? ha ha ha ha (Sounds terrible, but.... for a while there... I wondered if I would EVER start to feel even close to "normal" again!!!) Thanks again!!! Diane, I know what you mean about ever feeling "normal" again. In the beginning I doubted why I had this surgery, etc. But, now that you are seeing the fruits of all the time and effort (and pain, let's be honest), I hope you can say it's worth it. I know I can. I'm so happy now that I made this choice. Anyway, congratulations on your fantastic loss and keep up the good work! Lisa
