Hi All!! I am having huge issues with vitamins. My Dr wants me to take 2 Flintstones Complete chewables everyday. The first few weeks I was ok with them but now they are making me . I don't know if it is the chalky texture or what. I don't know what to mix the Centrum liquid vitamins in since I am just now trying different soft foods. I tried Gummy Vites and my Dr does not want me taking those because they are missing some nutrients. What are all of you taking and what ideas do you have? I need to get my vitamins in and have no clue what to do. Thanks everyone for your help!! This is such a great board because we are all kind of going through the same thing at the same time. Everyone is doing great, and yeah, I have hit a stall in the weight loss too! Love and pixiedust~~ amber 311/282/145 goal

You might try the childrens chewable vit. from sams club or costco. That's what I use, not sure if they will be different enough. Or you could crush them and mix them with a small amount of fruit juice. Hope this helps.

Hi Shannon!! I will have to try those. I like oranges a lot and am wondering if these are "chalky" and rough like Flintstones? That is the issue I am having-- getting the chalky texture down and not .... thanks again for your help Shannon! ~~Amber

Hi Amber, I'm taking Optisource Vitamines. They are chewable. I take 4 a day. 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. They are specifically made for post-bariatric surgery patients and my surgeon recommended them. They have a kind of citrus flavor. You can get them online at www.walgreens.com and they don't charge for shipping. Regards and hugs, Ronna

I am having a similar issue and was wondering if the added iron is making me nauseous. That is a common side effect of iron i hear. I don't know what to do either- but i might get a vitimin with no iron in it and see how i react to it. Good luck finidng what works for you. Karen
