Tracking your success
Hey there!!
How many of you plan on tracking your progress through photos??
I just uploaded some pics to Wal-Mart's site so I can get them in an hour. They are my preop, hospital, and 1 month postop photos. I was thinking it would be cute to make a weight loss scrapbook with captions for each picture through my journey.
Personally, I think we should each make an effort to remember every step we are taking with WLS so we are able to look back and remember where we came from and how far we got.
Anybody else have inventive ideas??
I know my husband wanted me to do a flip book so you could actually see me shrink. I thought that was silly. (mainly because he wanted me to do it in my underwear

I think this is very important and have just created my first website to detail the adventure. Pictures help when we feel like no progress has been made and will be something we cherish once we make significant progress. I am sure we'll all look back and be amazed at the successes we've achieved and remember that we'll never go there again.
Hi Dawn!!! I purchased a scrapbook and some stickers pro-op and plan to make a weight loss book. I am addicted to Michaels and watch their sales like a hawk! lol
I don't plan to make a website other than my profile. Maybe when I'm at goal, I'll add a page to my parent's arena and my rabbitry's site, http://www.k-carena.com ... but not sure right now.
Good luck with the flip book! LOL

I guess I feel a little different. I have pictures of me from before surgery (which I'm not at all proud of) and that's all I care to have. I want to lose the weight and be done with it. But, I do plan on keeping a shirt and pants, so as to not forget where I came from. And to see the differences along the way.
Congrats on the scrapbooking ideas, etc. I love to scrapbook.
Best wishes to all.
