Hi everyone! I had surgery (RNY) on 01/19/06. I just discovered this website, it is so good to know that there are people that I can talk to who had the surgery the same time I did! I have been doing okay so far, I still have trouble with energy & getting my water down. But I am hoping that will pass!!

You had surgery on my Birthday! Welcome to this board, I hope you find answers to questions, support, and a good laugh every now and then here on the jan06 board. I am almost 2 months post op and still hav etrouble with getting my water in. Try flavored water like Fruit20, it seems to help me.

Welcome Lori!!!! Don't worry about your trouble with energy it gets better. My only advice to you abou****er is what the staff at my doctor's office told me, if you are back to work, drink 16 oz on your way to work and 16 oz on your way home. Then you will have half your water done. It has really worked for me. Jenn
