BIG WOW MOMENT!!!

Okay... here goes!!! My BMI is 39.87.... so I am no longer EXTREMELY OBESE!!!! YES, I am now merely Obese!! I am so happy, I'm now in a different category and it feels good. I also got back in the pool yesterday and it felt great!!!! Warning I had a real hard time with the hottub. I got real light headed and felt very exhausted. (I always loved a really hot hot tub) ::hugs:: Cyndi

Way to go Cyndi! It sounds like you are doing great... I cant wait to see where I am at. ( I refuse to own a scale) So my next appt is on March 7th.. But way to go. Very impressive! Michelle
