Sounds crazy, but....
Yesterday, I posted about having pain in my pouch that I had suspected was gas. I did some research online as to how to alleviate gas pain and I came across a suggestion that said to "walk like a duck"! So, I slightly "squatted" and waddled around the livingroom.
THE PAIN WENT AWAY!!!!
Also, today I broke the 250 mark and have now lost 30 pounds!
