Protein drinks
I'm a fruity girl, myself. I mix the Nectar Roadside Lemonade and the Isofruit Pineapple with different flavors of Crystal light to get sort of exotic flavors. I also just made a strawberry banana pineapple smoothie this morning since I was able to add fruit now to my diet. Here's the ingredients:
1/4c. frozen strawberries
1/3 banana
6 oz. carb control strawberry yogurt
1 scoop Pineapple protein powder
1/4c. skim mile
ice
It makes 2 servings and it came out to 134 cal., 18g protein per serving. It's a little higher in calories and a little lower in protein than just a plain protein shake, but it had a wonderful flavor and consistency. It made me very happy!!
