What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
Hello ladies. Well, I feel like Im doing terrible. Right now its after midnight and Im thinking about that baked potato in the fridge and its calling my name. So, I started fussing at myself and saying I had ate too much today. So I thought I would put it here in black and white and see how bad it was.
B-3/4 veggie burger (patty only)
L-3/4 piece of toast with a light coat of peanut butter and sf jelly
D-2 wheat crackers with cheese and 1/2 veggie burger (patty) and 5 bites of mashed potatoes
S- 4oz milk
*alot of food or not?
My pouch feels awful at this moment. I think it was the milk. But the head hunger is killing me again and I just hope I have the strength to do this. I worry so often I will fail.

Hiya Kristi,
It does not seem like a lot of food at all. And I agree that it seems quite low on protein which is why you were probably hungry. My guess is that your protein count is in the 40's for the items above, if even that.
Cheese sticks are my late night snack and most are between 5-8g of protein, much tastier than that potato!

B: 2 tbs FF cream cheese with 1 oz Turkey Pepperoni
L: Carb Control Vanilla Bean Yogurt
D: 3 oz grilled chicken breast, about 1 tsp baked beans, 1 bite of a onion loaf
F: 1 Scoop Nectar Fuzzy Navel mixed with 8 oz Peach Fruit 2-0
TOTALS: (rough estimates, there were things I couldn't add on fitday, so I tried to add them in my mind)

Fat 15
Carbs 10
Protein 72
Vits: 1/2 done
Fluids:
another bad day, about 40 oz
Excersice: Not today
Which, I can't believe I am about to say this... but I *really* missed it today.

I cant believe I am going to admit this but.....I have only had 2 chunks of watermelon and some water today so far(6:21pm)
I cant seem to eat at all and to drink ughhhh. I have been through a lot and hoping this will pass. I am actually getting hungry know so I will get my hinny in the kitchen....what to eat??? I am 4 1/2 weeks out and still having trouble getting food down.
