Well I go back to work tomorrow. I am glad in a way to be going back. I miss everyone there. I just don't want lots of questions. Everyone knows I had the surgery. I just don't want them to expect a different person. I have not changed that much ( only 24 lbs less of me...lol.) I will miss my reruns of MASH and Little House on The Prarie though...lol. I will have to record them. Need to get off my butt!! Can't wait to go back to Curves. Another week or two I will be going back. I think I will not focus so much on food either if I keep busy. I packed my lunch already and ironed my clothes, so I am all set!! I even had my hair trimmed today!! I am more of a lurker on these boards yet have found so much comfort in your posts. Take care everyone!!!! Andrea

Andrea, I went back to work after two weeks and wished I would have waited another week. I still get real tired easy. So it is to work (teacher), home supper and then bed. Just don't be surprised if you are extra tired. I'm told that it is normal. Wishing you great day tomorrow. Cathy

I am still waiting to go back to work. In my job I do a lot of heavy lifting so I have to wait 6 weeks. I am so bored. I don'****ch tv much, so I read and clean my house. I understand about all the questions. I went to my work to give my boss my return to work paper and people were asking me how much weight have you lost. I think they were expecting me to look totally diffrent already. Also someone said to me you know you can stretch your pouch and gain all your weight back. I said yes, I know that so that is why you watch what you eat and use your tool that you were given. I think some people like to watch you to see if you will fail. I have lost 22 lbs. since surgery and I get is that all? I think they think this surgery is like a fairy God mother or something. Sorry this turned into a vent. Cindy 469/375/353/150

I miss all my senior friends but when I go back I know I am going to be kept busy. Good luck your first day back....Hope you don't have to drive to far. Don't be surprised if you get some good comments tomorrow. 24lbs. is a fair amount. It will show, you just wont see it. I know this, because I was at 24lbs lost for 2 weeks. Finally tried on some stuff that is tight, and can be tightened, I had lost alot in the top area, not the boobs. I will have to take these things in about 8 inch. in the waist.

I was only off work for one week... I was SO VERY nervous to return... but I LOVED going back. For one, all my friends are from work... for second, I was going stir crazy at home... and last, it really helped me get into a routine of eating and not being board or munch. Good luck tomorrow. I hope it goes well for you. Take care, Mary
