b~cottage cheese w/ strawberry s/f preserves
l~tuna, light mayo w/relish
s~string cheese
d~1/2 chicken breast w/ cheese melted on top
Liquids~69 oz of water and only 40 gr of protein
Exercise~25 min on the treadmill (2.5 speed and no incline) and 60 crunches (whew...boy was that tough) but I felt good after.
