Has anyone tried eating Arby's roast beef yet? I ate a tiny bit for dinner and it seems to be doing ok. I only ate a total of maybe 2 thin slices of it. My dogs (and cats) got the rest. I didn't eat the bun, just the beef. Does anyone know how good/bad (nutritionally) their roast beef is? Kathy

Looks great to me, meat is meat anyway and good protein. By the way, all fast food places I have looked up have their nutritional values available on line. Some even let you pick it apart to see what each section of the food is worth, which is great for us, since we usually eat only sections of sandwiches and such.

I ate the inside of a beef & cheddar. It was really good and stayed down fine. But I won't do it everyday. I'm sure the fat is high. Bridget
