Emotional Rollercoaster

Well I am 4 weeks post op and lately everything makes me nauseous - even water (and yes I take my Depo shot faithfully) . Well let me start from the beginning- recovery was great and I came home heavier than I went in but then the pounds began to melt away. Two weeks post op the scale stopped moving and then I GAINED 2 lbs-what's that all about??? I watch my fat/carbs/protein and excercise 3-7 times a week. Two weeks- no weight loss. At this point I am totally discouraged but I kept reading the posts about other people stalling and I took the advice that people gave. All of a sudden the scale started moving again! I haven't done anything differently. Yeah- but as I mentioned everything makes me sick now! Well I just had to vent about this emotional rollercoaster but I guess I will leave on a good note I am down a total of 54lbs with 29lbs post op and I'm now considered obese-yeah. Plus my husband reports my snoring has tremondously improved-maybe my sleep apnea is getting better and I'm off my blood pressure meds!

You are doin' better than me. Believe me sister I can relate. I have been getting dizzy from my blood pressure meds, but the PA at my surgeons office said he doesn't want to adjust them yet! I too have been feeling sick to my stomach the last couple of days. Maybe that's just normal as wer are only a couple days away in the process. Leeanne
