I have stalled
Yep I am on week 2 of a stall. Dang I hated saying that outloud. I have upped my protein over the last couple of days and am getting in more water so just trying to be patient. Plus I am about 2 weeks late getting my monthly cycle which isnt anything new (that lovely perimenopause stage). I did take my measurements. wish I would have done my arms and thighs because surely I have lost more inches than the tape shows.

Don't worry stick to your routine and you will get through it. I just finished week 2 of a stall and all of a sudden the scale started moving again -down 4 lbs. It seems like everyone goes through this -some earlier than others. And I think its awesome you took measurements because I hear the scale can make you crazy
and I can attest to that. Stay positive and good luck.
