I have stalled

Yep I am on week 2 of a stall. Dang I hated saying that outloud. I have upped my protein over the last couple of days and am getting in more water so just trying to be patient. Plus I am about 2 weeks late getting my monthly cycle which isnt anything new (that lovely perimenopause stage). I did take my measurements. wish I would have done my arms and thighs because surely I have lost more inches than the tape shows. Kim

Kim- Don't worry stick to your routine and you will get through it. I just finished week 2 of a stall and all of a sudden the scale started moving again -down 4 lbs. It seems like everyone goes through this -some earlier than others. And I think its awesome you took measurements because I hear the scale can make you crazy and I can attest to that. Kim, I know it's frustrating. I am glad you took measurements though! I always said I was going to do that and be vigilant with it, but I never did! Hang in there...the scale will move eventually, then you'll prolly notice 4-5lbs off immediately! Chele

Hey Kim, Stalls suck, mine just broke. Hang in there, it will break. This week I was really down because I had been losing and regaining the same weight over and over. Persistance and patience paid of this morning when I weighed. God Bless! Jen

Kim, you're doing everything right to try to break the stall. I think I'm on a mini one myself. Everyone seems to go through them at one time or another. Protein, water, protein, water--keep it up and the weight will come off! Lisa S.
