Need a GOOD Protien

I All I need to find a good protien to take i just can not take that liq. stuff it is Nasty!!!! It makes me gag!! I Need help my DOC. well have my behide if my test come bad bad next week... Debra

Hi Debra Have you tried Zero Carb Isopure it's premixed and I cut it 1/2 and 1/2 with crystal lite so I get no proteiny taste at all. I don't like most of the others either. Nectar Lemon flavor mixed with crystal lite was OK too. Regards and hugs, Ronna

I have a secret weapon that I will share with you. I have to warn you though, it's kinda pricey. But it's the only protein drink I can do. The others actually make me . It's called Profect by a company called Protica. Each 3oz. [yep, only 3oz's] is 25 grams of protein. It doesn't taste bad, not great either, but for 3oz's I can do just about anything.
