Bad breath...ughhh

Is anyone else experiencing bad breath....it is so bad it makes me throw up. I find myself brushing my teeth and tongue 2-3 x's a day. My hubby wont come near me and I hate talking to people cuz I dont want them to smell it. I feel like a puppy has licked the inside of my mouth-gross I know but the only way to describe it-lol Tina xxooxxoo

You're not alone. I've been having it since a week after surgery. I believe-for me anyway- it's because my fluid intake has decreased. I used to gulp water and I'm lucky if I get it all in. I just hope it will pass! ~Amy~

Most likely your bad breath is a result of the ketosis your body is in. I lost the bad breath when I went into a stall, now that I am out of my stall it is back. In our case, bad breath is good! God Bless, Jen

Tina, I feel like I have bad breath too. Nobody has told me that but, you know that yucky feeling. Anyhow, I found these new Listerine Pocket Sprays and they work wonders! There are two flavors and they fit nicely into your purse. These really freshen my mouth. Best wishes, Lisa D.

well you can include me on the bad breath bandwagon!! I have been carrying around drinks and SF mints. Whenever I know I will have to talk to someone I try to pop a mint or take a swig. My "wonderful" husband is always quick to tell me when I need a mint too! Dawn
