Peanut Butter
I use:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup oats
1 cup protein powder (I used Designer Whey Vanilla)
about 1/2 cup Splenda
enough water to help bind the ingredients together
Make 18 balls.
Each ball:

Fat: 8 gms
Carbs: 4.4
Protein: 7 gms
(the values will change depending on your brand of peanut butter and protein powder)
