For Kay~What's on YOUR menu today?

I hope everyone is having a great day and feeling fantastic!
Today is my first day back to work. I know this is early for the post, but I want to make sure that I remember to post it for Kay. I work 2nd shift, so I am going to be posting early afternoon for the next week. Hope that doesn't bother anyone!
So here it goes:
B~ none.... did not have time this morning (I know!!
)
S~ Advant Edge Essential Energy Creamy Vanilla Protein Shake (gonna give this a try to up my protein intake... work it in throughout the day)
L~ Tuna Salad (Tuna, RF Mayo, Dill Relish, a little yellow mustard for flavor)
S~ RF String Cheese
D~ Chicken, little Ragu Spaghetti Sauce, LF Mozzarella
fluids~ going to work very hard on my water intake today.
exercise~ walking a little more and being back to work.
This is what I have planned. Hopefully everything works out well....

Hello all. I have not been happy with my weight loss and I will take the blame, not the stall. I have been making poor choices and I see that now. Eating peanut butter and Wendys chilli isnt going to help me loose weight. I have to be strict and follow a low fat diet, I think. So I have started planning my meals as of this morning and I will get in my fluid from now on.
B: egg w/ 5 turkey pepperoni and 1/4 slice cheese (4.5p)
L:grilled fish (17p)
S:8oz skim milk (8p)
D: 2oz tuna (13p)
S: Isopure (13p)
That would give me 55.5 grams protein. I have had 32oz fluid already and just need 16 more oz to hit my docs goal. Cross your fingers that all goes well and I get all this in today. Good luck to all my fellow January buddies.

How are you today? I'm doing good for a Monday. Here is what was on my menu:
B-Nothing
L-4 slices of light munster cheese & 1/2 c. of roasted brussel sprouts
D-Small slice of lasagna with ground beef
S-1/2 of a South Beach protein bar
Water-32 ounces so far

Did pretty good today. I went back to work for half days today and it wasn't too bad. Here's what I had:
B- 1/2 cup LF cottage cheese w/ 1 tbsp SF preserves
S- Choc protein shake w/ decaf coffee
L- 1.5 oz. tuna w/ 2 cheese crackers
S- 1/4 cup soy nuts (11g protein!!)
D-Taco Bell pintos & cheese with one hard taco shell.....sooooo good! And the shell has 50 cals, 2g fat, 8 carbs....so not too bad!
I've had 42 oz. of fluid so far and I want to finish my iced tea. For exercise I went to the gym for about an hour.

Hey everyone! I'm gonna get back to reporting what I eat, etc. Since the scale finally recognizes my weight, it gave new hope! Whoo hoo!
B- 1 scrambled egg with some chicken and cheese
S- sugar free popsicle, lime
L- toppings from Taco Bell Nachos Supreme- I just HAD to have the nachos in front of me lol Even tried a bite of chip, yummy But no more from now on
D- Dunno yet, probably tuna or more chicken
S- 8oz Milk
